Boards Of Directors

The PrimaryDrive Boards of Executive Directors are responsible for conducting the day-to-day business of the PrimaryDrive Trust. The Board are composed of between three and eleven Directors, who are appointed or elected by the operator. Regular meetings are usually held at least twice yearly. Other meetings are held at various other times whenever required.

PrimaryDrive Trust is pleased to announce new appointments to board positions. On behalf of PrimaryDrive and the entire PD community, our profound thanks go to Kevin Linden for his year of service in roundtable discussions, concept, design and legal planner and then Chairman of our Board. While no longer a voting member of the Board of Directors, Kevin will retain the title of Director Emeritus. While normally this title is bestowed upon a person with many years of service we are so proud of the help that Kevin has given this organization that we hope to keep him with us for years to come. We couldnt have even started without his help.
